GeekVape Aegis Max100 Max 2 100W Starter Kit
The Max100 (Aegis Max 2) Starter Kit by GeekVape is a 100W box mod that is designed to be both rigid and reliable for the everyday user. The new Max100 features GeekVape’s new Tri-proof technology with a IP68 rating. This makes the Max100 water resistant and dust resistant with a high a high level of shock resistance. The Max100 is powered using a single high amperage 18650 or 21700 battery (sold separately). Also known as the Aegis Max 2, the Max100 features a number of upgrades from its predecessor including an all-new 1.08″ screen, the GeekVape A-Lock switch, USB-C charging, and the newer Zeus Sub-Ohm Tank.
The GeekVape Max100 is a compact device measuring in at 143.8mm by 31.5mm by 42.06mm. The intuitive interface features a three button control panel and upgraded UI with five themes that can be displayed on the 1.08-inch TFT color display; which displays battery life, ohm level, wattage output, hit count and device safety notifications. GeekVape has integrated a new A-Lock switch into the side of the Max100, which locks out the control panel to prevent any accidental firing or adjusting of the mod. The Max100 has been upgraded with USB-C charging, with the charging port being concealed beneath a rubber plug towards the top of the mod.
Along with the Max100 comes the Zeus Sub-Ohm Tank which utilizes a unique top-to-bottom airflow allowing massive flavor and vapor production to be made. This system also helps prevent leaking from over-wicking and condensation build up. The Zeus vape tank also uses GeekVape’s Zeus Mesh Replacement Coils which feature kanthal mesh coils and organic cotton. The mesh coils have a larger heating surface and heats evenly for maximum efficiency. GeekVape offers two atomizer heads to choose from; Mesh Z0.2 which features a 0.2 ohm mesh coil and is best used at 70 to 80 watts, and the Mesh Z0.25 which has a 0.25 ohm dual mesh coil and should be used between 45 and 57 watts. The Zeus Sub-Ohm Tank includes a pre-installed Z0.2 Single Mesh coil and a Z0.25 Dual Mesh coil, giving users the ability to test both out for themselves.
